Im Phil, the owner of THE BARBER CAVE LLC, and barbering has been my passion since a teenager. Therefore, I enrolled in barber college shortly after high school and the rest is history. And even now, with over 30 of experience in the men's barbering and hair care industry, it still doesn't feel like work to me because I simply love what I do.
